Program Priorities
We believe great athletes are built from the ground up — with joy, skill, and consistent competitive experience.
Love for the Game
We create an environment where kids fall in love with lacrosse and want to keep coming back.
Skill & Lacrosse IQ
Focused development of technical skills and on-field decision making from day one.
Competitive Training
Consistent, structured competition that challenges players and accelerates growth.
Fun
At this age, fun isn't a bonus — it's the goal. We take that seriously.

How Players Are Evaluated
Evaluation is a tool for growth, not a fixed ranking. It fosters healthy competition and helps every player improve.
Players are assessed in four areas. Those who rank higher get priority in competitive situations, but coaches make sure every rostered player gets meaningful game time.
Attitude
Leadership, coachability, and alignment with team values
Ability
Technical skills, lacrosse IQ, conditioning, and consistent performance
Practice Attendance
Regular participation and active engagement at every session
Team Utility
Versatility, mastery of team systems, and chemistry with teammates
We believe in developing the whole roster, not just the top line.
Parent Guidelines
Your involvement matters. Here's how you can set your player up for success every week.
- School first. Academic performance always takes priority.
- Fuel properly. Ensure your player is well-nourished, hydrated, and getting enough sleep before every session.
- Encourage wall ball. 4–6 hours per week builds the stick skills that transform players.
- Arrive early. Plan to get to training sessions before they start — not on time.
- Pack the night before. Have gear ready the evening before every session to avoid morning rushes.
Beyond the Field
"An essential quality of 212 Lacrosse is our commitment to 212 players off the field — throughout high school and beyond."
As players grow with the program, 212 provides:
- Recommendation letters
- Intern & employment opportunities with 212 (when applicable)
- College recruiting guidance (when applicable)
